Where Do You Stay

We have been looking and researching for many years now to find the best place to hold our first Peru yoga retreat. After visiting Samadhi Sacred Valley, we felt the incredible magic of this place and it was clear that this would be our stay for our Yuva Yoga Retreat. Our mission is to widen your horizon!

The center is located in the Magical Sacred Valley of the Inca Empire and has specialized in hosting self-realization focused retreats for many years.

The 7 bungalows, each themed for one of the 7 chakra energy centers in the body, cascade down the hill side. The 7 suites are also each themed for masters of different traditions who lived in the Samadhi state. All rooms include beautiful views, hot water, and comfortable living spaces.

In the main lodge, there is a large living room, dining room, and two yoga studios along with the inspiring majestic view from the sacred mountainside available for you to enjoy.

The center has its own organic gardens to support sustainability in the kitchen, and has a healing garden with native herbs.

You will be able to use two places for art therapy: one on-site and one in the mountains. There are multi-functional spaces for classes, movies, and lectures.

Discover the Sacred Valley

Peru’s Sacred Valley is an essential part of any visit to Cusco and home of the best Inca ruins. The incredible Sacred Valley of the Incas is located along the Urubamba River and offers so much to see. The Inca ruins of Pisac and Ollantaytambo are located at either end of the valley and in the middle, they offer recordings by ancient salt mines, Inca amphitheaters, local farms, and non-tourist markets, as well as unique cultural and culinary tours. The Sacred Valley is generally warm in the day, making it perfect for exploring. It’s the gateway to Machu Picchu and is full of Inca history, monuments, and mysteries. The beautiful natural settings, coupled with good food, make this an unmissable destination. The winter months of Peru begin in May and the nights can be cold, but during the day, the sun is strong.

Get ready for daily Yoga & Human Movement Exploration

We will practice yoga in the incredible Samadhi yoga shala, overlooking the mountains. Since outdoor activities are part of this retreat program, there will be practices that will take place in the beautiful natural surroundings of the sacred valley.

All mats and other yoga equipment will be provided during your stay.

Who can join?

This retreat is suitable for complete beginners all the way to advanced students. The yoga practices will start soft and easy in order to ground yourself as you arrive in your new home for the upcoming 7 days. Every day, we will increase the intensity of our practice. All classes will be guided and they will build upon one another.

If you are open to spirituality, growth, and exploring nature, you will love this authentic retreat experience.
