Yesim Yuva
Retreat Program
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided by yoga teacher Yesim Yuva and body psychologist Boniface Verney-Carron, whose combined experience in yoga, somatic practices, and body-mind integration offers a truly holistic path to balance and self-understanding.
Over five transformative days, you explore your body, breath, and awareness and reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner wisdom. You will be introduced to the concept of Atma Bodha, which invites us to understand ourselves more deeply by recognising who we truly are beneath conditioned patterns, roles, and expectations.
The program has been intentionally designed to meet you where you are, allowing space for personal discovery and authentic connection. These days are about reconnecting with the deeper layers of yourself, with others, and with the rhythm of life itself.
