2. Eligibility and Participant Requirements

2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.2 Our retreats include physical activities such as yoga, meditation, movement practices, walking, and other activities as described in the retreat programme. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good physical and mental health and able to safely take part.

2.3 Our retreats are generally not suitable for individuals with reduced or restricted mobility. If you have specific health concerns or requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability.

2.4 Retreat activities are conducted in English. While we aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment, participants should have a basic understanding of English to comfortably participate.

2.5 To maintain a supportive and balanced group environment, we reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we reasonably believe the retreat is not suitable for a participant. This decision will be made at our discretion and communicated respectfully.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

3.1 Bookings are made via direct communication with us, usually by email.

3.2 A booking becomes binding once we have confirmed your place in writing and you have paid the required deposit or full retreat price.

3.3 Upon confirmation, a binding contract is formed between you and us under these Terms and Conditions.

4. What Is Included and Not Included

4.1 The services included in each retreat are described in the specific retreat information provided on our website or via email.

4.2 Flights, visas, travel insurance, and transportation to and from the retreat location are not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.1 A deposit is required to secure a booking. The amount of the deposit and payment schedule will be specified in the retreat information or booking confirmation.

5.2 The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.

5.3 Bookings made after the balance due date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

5.4 All prices are stated in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations by the Participant

6.1 You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing.

6.2 Deposits are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the specific retreat terms.

6.3 If you cancel within the period specified in your booking confirmation, cancellation fees may apply up to 100% of the retreat price, depending on the timing of the cancellation.

6.4 No refunds are given for late arrival, early departure, or unused services.

6.5 You may transfer your place to another suitable person with our written approval, provided they meet the retreat requirements.

7. Changes or Cancellations by the Organiser

7.1 We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat programme where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 If we need to cancel a retreat due to insufficient participants, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as flights or accommodation.

8. Health, Safety and Responsibility

8.1 Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

8.2 You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to the retreat.

8.3 We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

9. Travel and Insurance

9.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet passport and visa requirements.

9.2 We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation.

10. Liability

10.1 Our liability for any claim (other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) is limited to the total amount paid for the retreat.

10.2 We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
